Pictures of the Memorial Wall in West Hartford Center on Saturday April 3rd.  The display was presented in association with the West Hartford Citizen's Weekly Vigil for Peace and Justice. 

It was cold and threatening rain.  Few were out to stop and view the Wall.

The weather kept all but the very dedicated indoors.
